Audition Techniques and the Business of Booking the Job
Tuesday Nights 6:30PM to 8:30PM

February Sessions include:
business of getting your name out there to get the audition, headshots, knowing when are you ready for an agent? interview preparation, audition etiquette and technique, slating, understanding what "type" you are and what roles you are more likely to book, working on camera with one person commercial copy, getting feedback, taking direction.

MARCH SESSION:
Performance Techniques and the Business of Acting
Tuesday Nights 6:30PM to 8:30PM

Total Cost of March Sessions = $195.00

March Sessions Include:
double copy for on-camera dialogue, industrial copy, how to handle copy where there are no lines, improvisation for non-scripted auditions, storyboards & teleprompter.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:
Susan and Sam Gish are the casting directors and owners of The Philadelphia Casting Co. Since 1993 Susan and Sam have been leaders in the casting industry both in New York and Philadelphia.

They cast for film, TV, radio, reality shows, industrials and music videos. Some of their feature film casting credits include, "Philadelphia," "Up Close and Personal," "Beloved," "Twelve Monkeys," "Waiting," "Die Hard With a Vengeance," as well as, commercial credits for Coke, PECO, Nike, Verizon, Volkswagen, US Healthcare, NFL VISA, Reebok, First Union Bank, Timberland Pro and more!
