Sign-up.
If you want to have your own individual talent website AND be
listed on the PhillyFaces.com on-line talent directory web site, please either
- print
out the application
form (click to download PDF file) or
- contact
us (215-627-2420) to obtain an application form, or
- If
you have any difficulty downloading the PDF file, you
can instead print application forms as web pages: the actor
application and/or the model
application.
Fill
out the application carefully, and mail it to us with
payment and the photo(s) you want to appear on your PhillyFaces.com
web page.
Photos can be sent as prints, on CD, or as e-mail attachments (PLEASE
- each photo file size should be RGB jpeg format, and no larger than 200k to
500k for e-mail delivery, 72 dpi to 300 dpi, 600 pixels to 1000 pixels wide).
If you send prints, remember to include scan fees for each print. Also, if
you want your prints returned, please provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
All photos must be of professional quality. Amateur looking snapshots will
not be posted on the site.
If you have a resume you want to include, please send it as a computer file
or as printed copy. Note that the pricing below assumes one printed resume
page and 12 point type or larger. Please be sure to proof and edit carefully
all your written material and information. Our job is to list accurately what
you send us. We do not rewrite or proof resumes for the standard price.
