Fill it out using the chart on
the application to choose among the Listing Packages.
Sign the application
and mail

Your
photos
should be submitted in JPEG format:
-
less than 1MB in size, and
-
at least 800 pixels tall.
You
can email your photos as email attachments to ES@PhillyFaces.com,
or
mail them with your application as files on CD.
All photos for the Directory Profile must be of professional
quality. Amateur snapshots or poor quality images will
not be displayed on your Directory Profile webpage.
